My experience with DSA was positive, I found that they helped me a lot and that if I was stuck or needed assistance then they would be there to help. And due to online learning they also helped with different types of ways to support my needs and my learning.
The help and support I have received so far has been amazing, I cannot think of any improvements (top notch).
I was really nervous not knowing what to expect at all. But the person on the phone was really nice and explained everything wonderfully. Not only that but the needs assessment and help it could offer was a lot more than i ever expected to get. Definitely the best.

today I had an assessment with Christalla, my nervous were gone talking to someone about how my disability affects me, but wow she was amazing, I have never felt so comfortable, I was really overwhelmed by the support and can not thank you enough for your help .

The access 1st team were really helpful in organising my needs assessment and answering all my questions - I really appreciated being able to have someone explain it to me on the phone beforehand. Access first have been very helpful. They complete a thorough and detail assessment of my needs which have help me to understand my needs and continue with studying on my course. It has been very difficult studying this year and without the support provided, I would have been unable to continue studying. Access first have provided me with tools to aid my day to day learning and living and I very grateful for their help. Thank you to Markella and the team.
I was actually quite stressed ahead of this call as I did not know what to expect, however, thanks to Christalla, it was a very pleasant and helpful conversation. It was lovely speaking with Christalla ! as she explained the process very well, and based on the needs and requirements, she was also able to advise on various aspects, including softwares and apps.
Christalla was very patient with us when we caused a delay of 20 minutes due to technology difficulties at our end and she helped us find a way to talk remotely. She was very understanding of the challenges that hearing impaired students have to face and pleasant to talk to. Thank you!
