- Hearing and Vision;
- Indirect factors: eg, a family situation of a member of staff requires some discreet adjustments raising wellbeing and their ability to respond to their commitments;
- Systemic factors: organisation's workloads, eg, schools and other pressured working environments;
- Contingent factors: A promotion, a significant change in workplace demands, or events such as Covid can bring new stress factors and may require some discreet direction, strategic training, or facilitating learning in a new skill set.
